How can I merge profiles for ver 52.9 and 52.8?

Had a Win 10 HDD crash. Had to reinstall Win 10 onto a new HDD. I want to merge the older ver 52.8 that resides on another HDD with the current installed ver 52.9 on the recreated Win 10 system. I had 5 email accounts in the "crashed" version HDD. Is this possible?
