I use the Norton Toolbar. The 3 dots (...) in the toolbar is the Norton Identity Safe. Can't open the Norton Safe any longer. Nothing happens when clicked on

Can't access my Norton Identity Safe any longer. I changed nothing. Just logged on the other day and brought up Firefox. I tried to open my Norton Identity Safe and it does nothing when I click on the 3 dots (. . .) in the toolbar. Does anyone know what's going on?
