I can't upload images of more than ~475KB into emails or onto my website, as of 2 weeks ago.

Up until about 2 weeks ago, I was able to send larger images (2 or 3MB) via email, and sometimes 2 or 3 at a time; my internet provider allows a total of 10MBs per email. Now I can only send files of approximately 475KBs or less. Same problem uploading images onto my website; I am unable to upload files I could before. I tested this on Safari and do not have the same problem in that browser...the larger files upload properly into my email and website. Any suggestions? I am used to Firefox and don't want to switch to Safari.

hi helaweh, are you running "trusteer" software on your device by chance? it has been identified as a cause for many upload issues recently... see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1102907 for example.
