Firefox (regular & developer edition) crash on start up.

I've followed the troubleshooting tips and tried to start them both in safe mode and it hasn't helped.

I normally use developer edition and it was working perfectly until a few weeks ago.

Here are the last few crash ID's

Do you have websense endpoint installed on this computer? That would be the cause of this crash.

Hi Tyler,

Yes I have websense installed as it's a work laptop and they insist on it being installed.

Is this a recent issue as it used to work well up until a few weeks ago.

I assume there's no way to get round the issue?

Thanks

Contact your IT department and see if there is an update for websense, and if not contact websense for support as a customer.
