I am trying to clear my history and the clear history option is not highlighted so I can't clear it. Only the Show all history is highlighted.

I go to the History tab and the only thing highlighted is Show All History. I can't get to Clear History. How do I change it to highlight so it clears my history? Thank you

Also, I strongly suggest updating to Windows 8.1 update 1 as plain old windows 8 is no longer secure or stable.
