The Bookmarks button on the navigation toolbar? Right-click an empty area of the tab bar and choose Customize. Drag it from the customization palette onto the toolbar. You can also click the Restore Default Set button to discard your toolbar customizations.
Hi Joyce, I see you posted another version of this question a few minutes earlier: lost my star(BOOKMARK) in the upper right had corner by the download arrow.
If you see the icon in the right place while customizing, but it disappears when you leave Customize mode, that could be because the button is something of a chameleon: it is hidden when you are using the classic menu bar. In that case, the Bookmarks menu on the menu bar has the identical content.
