Can you also state what you have tried before you had asked the question to fix the problem?

Sorry you are having problems with your install of Firefox. Quite possibly because of malware that you have picked up.

It would help you if you respond after asking a question, otherwise you are wasting your own time and that of the fellow users trying to help you.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
