it says the downloads are done but it ask for me to downlaod every time i try to print something.

i have printed coupons before from coupons.com but now every time i try to print the coupon it has a page that comes up to download the coupon printer.when i hit it to download it says it is already downloaded and it won't bring up the coupon to print.thankss

Try removing the coupon program from your system. Then try again. It could be something went wrong with the program.
