The bookmarks toolbar has vanished
I don't know what happened. I recently updated to FF15 and while bookmarking a new page it just vanished. It is ticked in the toolbar list, so I can't figure out what's wrong. Please help.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

You can check for problems with the localstore.rdf file and possibly delete the file.

The problem for me was with the add-n Boox v3.0 (enhanced functionality for bookmark toolbar). Disabling it restored my bookmark toolbar.
I deleted my localstore.rdf file and everything fixed. Not sure what caused it. Thanks!
