http://ojp.nationalrail.co.uk cannot search for journeys or book tickets
I am able to open the site, but when I type in a journey with dates and times, an error message appears: Your journey planning session has timed out due to inactivity.
Sometimes I get beyond this, but as soon as I try to pay for my tickets, the website simply locks. Avira scans show no detections

hello, as a first step please you try to clear all the history for this site as it is described here. and check if this can resolve the issue.
Clear also all cookies and the cache, information in the above link madperson gave us.
