start page remains "MEET MOZILLA FIREFOX" no matter what I do in "options"!! How do I get rid of this "starter page"?

I had to uninstall Mozilla and when I reinstalled it that starter page is now my "start page". I have retained all of my "bookmarks" and "tool bars" but I lost my original start page with all the news and other good stuff. How do I get my old start page back?
