Address Bar Drop Down Arrow Missing, How do I get it back?

The location bar drop down arrow to show previous history is gone, I have the Bookmarks star, and reload button within the Location bar but no drop down arrow.

Hi,

You should do a right click on an empty space of your Tab Bar. Click Customize and you will see a window with all the items that you can put in the bar. I'm pretty sure that the one you are referring to is "List all tabs".
