why is it so hard to uninstall your product?!
your product will not uninstall from wondows 7 .Just like i downloaded it i should be able to uninstall it with the same effort.your product works ok but i want to uninstall it,for my own reasons.This would make me less likely to use your product agan because fo some reason you don't want it uninstalled easy! WHY?

Would you please elaborate what are the specific problems you encounter during uninstall?
Should install from Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs just like any other windows program, unless it is hung (usually due to an Add-on or some other program). See:

- It could be hanging when you exit and later try to restart Firefox (or try to un-install Firefox).
