Autofill Permits Wrong 'Name on Card'

Hello, Several e-commerce sites have forms for payment card details, and some of them have a field for ‘Name on Card’. Some sites fill in this field with what they think is the name on the card and, in my experience, it is often wrong. If the user deletes the mistaken value autofill will insert the correct name where it was, but, if the aberrant entry is left in place, autofill will not change it, and the payment can be refused. Would it be an idea to have autofill insert the correct name even if the field already has a value? If the value written by the site is correct then nothing is changed, but if it is wrong a refusal could be forestalled. Alan.
