I updated my password but now when I go to sign in (since an updated password signs out on all accounts) it won't stay signed in ever on my laptop. I input the password, then the email confirmation, then the authentication, and it says I'm signed in but when I go to my account is disconnected again. I've tried many times. I've also cleared the cookies and cache. Any advice?

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if recent Sync error logs are available. You can upload the file to a website like Pastesite if you can't post the content of the file in a reply.


In case of issues, try to login to the Mozilla Account via this website using the email address and password.

Thank you for your response! I don't see any sync logs in either location on the location bar (in attached image). I also tried searching the settings but didn't find luck.

Did you type about:sync-log in the address bar?

You can open "about:" pages via the location/address bar. The "about:" protocol is used to access special pages.
