pop ups
I have win 10. I did a search for a faucet used home depot -Walmart- lowes. lowes always pops up on my screen even when I close my e-mail. I have pop ups blocked. Where else can I go?

you may need to be more specific. You searched for a faucet...on each of those websites (i.e. Walmart's website, the Lowe's website, etc.) directly? Or did you use a search engine like Google or DuckDuckGo? Or, are you searching through your email inbox? What did the popup look like? Do you have a screenshot?
I'm not sure I'm understanding the symptom, so it it difficult to offer potential solutions without further details.

I may of typed in the Lowe's in the address bar. i also have home depot booked marked in Firefox, NO problem there.
Try changing your home page to "Firefox Home (Default)".
