primary password does not work. cannot open email

My primary password is not recognized. I cannot reset it as my email is blocked. I cannot add a second email address without primary password. Help is needed. phone call or email to [edited from public] @frontier.com

Your question suggests that you have a problem with accessing the Firefox account, but this account doesn't use the Primary Password.

The Primary Password is only used locally to encrypt the logins stored in the profile folder and is never part of Sync and each device can have its own PP apart from mobile devices that use OS authentication (face/fingerprint).
