I don't know how to reset my password. Please help

I can't reset my password. I reset my password for my main email but missed the box that popped up and needed a retry but it wouldn't open up for me again. How can I open that little box to reset my password?

The original email and password must be used before one can change email login or password. If you lost or don't know these two there there is nothing more any users can help here. Firefox account email login and your email password aren't the same.
