This is more of a bug report than a question. In my job we use a web platform called Embrace for all the documentation needed for our special education students. On the platform, we enter information into simple [i.e. no formatting] text fields. When I'm typing into the fields, the window will scroll slightly each time I type a letter or space, so that it moves towards the top of the document. When the cursor gets to the bottom of the page, it will jump back up.
