It could be due to your browser not being up-to-date. You could try updating it by following the process in this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-release
If that doesn't work try clearing your cache and/or cookies by going through the process in this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache
