Hi sraxter, numerous Yahoo users have reported that when Yahoo is set as their home page, it doesn't load at startup (just blank), even though everything is normal if they click the Home button or launch a new window Ctrl+n).

One of them said even though a full address doesn't work, putting just yahoo.com in the Custom URL space did work. It's a mystery why that works better considering that the server then needs to redirect Firefox to the correct address.

@ jscher2000- Thanks, that seems to work. Yeah it kinda defies logic that this works but a fix is a fix I guess.

It worked for me once. However when I close Firefox and then reload it restarts with blank page.

If the solution posted here does not resolve your issue, please ask a new question with the details and what you have tried. (You can include a link to this thread, if you wish.) Your new question should provide support forum volunteers with information about your system and Firefox version that can help provide you with a solution.

Please see the Mozilla Support rules and guidelines for more on posting support requests. This thread is for helping sraxter, the question owner. Since that question is solved, I'll close the thread.
