Videos on NHK Easy Japanese News (https://www3.nhk.or.jp/news/easy/) don't play any more since 2019-04-19
Since 2019-04-19 videos on NHK Easy Japanese News (https://www3.nhk.or.jp/news/easy/) aren't shown any more. Instead of the video an error message is shown: #60001 現在(げんざい)、このビデオはご利用(りよう)いただけません。= #6001 This video is currently not accessible. Inter Explorer 11 does show the videos.

I tried a video and this one works.
I see the shield that tracking protection is blocking content, but that doesn't affect the video. I do notice that you have ABP, so make sure that this this extension doesn't block the videos.
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version

Firefox shows the shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Content Blocking is blocking content.
- click the shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection
You can check the Web Console about what content is blocked

Load the web page. After the page is loaded, click the AdBlock icon. Now select Disable on <website>. Reload the page.
