I have 3 devices, my home laptop, my office laptop and phone. I am currently on the office laptop and it and my phone are in the device list. How do I get my home laptop into the list to sync it with my office laptop?

Connect your home laptop to that same Firefox Account.

Truth be told, I question connecting a non-owned device to your personal Firefox Account; a device which might be removed from your control or might be used by another person, thus potentially allowing someone else have access to your Firefox data like passwords for all your online accounts like banking and investments.
