cannot see gear icon in add-ons manager against trusteer rapport

When I go online i keep getting a pop up advising that trusteer rapport is not enabled and visible in my firefox browser. It is enabled so why do i keep getting this pop-up ? When I try to use add ons manager to check am unable to locate the gear icon ...... what does it look like and where is it?
