Help Firefox 57.04 - Starting yesterday starts very slow and loads new tabs slow - No recommendations works

Tried all available options found in forum and from other sites. Opens slow, new tabs slow, addons removed after reset/refresh, accessibility.force. enabled set to 1, but still very slow. Ended up reinstalling Firefox 56 but it updated to 57.04 automatically and reinstalled the addons.

Disregard this question. In determination to resolve the problem I overlooked a basic step - restart. I restarted my PC and it resolved everything. Curiously though, my Thunderbird profile asked me to confirm my security exceptions again?
