cannot attach any files.The attachment window is also missing.
In attempting to Write a new email, I do not have any options for sending an attachment. The Upper RH attachment box is no longer there. The attachment tab in the menu does not work, or yields any options. Even the ADD Images/choose file option for this message does not work.

You can try to drop a file from Windows Explorer or Mac Finder on the upper right hand of the address lines. The attachment box should be automatically create when you dot that, it is hidden when there are no attachments.
