Mail Server Password required keeps coming up, I cannot send or receive any emails on this device only, all other devices work. I do not know the password?
I am unable to send or receive any emails from my desk top, this error message continues to come up. I can access on other devices and I have checked the email setting to compare and they appear exactly the same. If there is a password, I am unaware of it to update it - how do I retreive it? reset it?

Email passwords are administered with your provider. You have to work with them to reset a forgotten password. Most providers have a link on their email help page to reset the password.
