webpage not updating properly on reload

BBC News website homepage (bbc.co.uk/news/): About 2/3rds down the home page there is an option to show local news and weather. I have this set to my locale but Firefox does not refresh this part of the homepage - rest of page reloads ok.

Hi teknegolieth, Is there an error in the Web Console when the update on the page is done? Also if you refresh the page, does it continue to not load correctly? This may be a script error if so.
