How do I setup a Mozzila Account so I can Signin to Support website?
Appears the answer is to Ask a Question and then you are prompted to create an account. True? Or is there another way to setup a Support Account?

If you don't want to ask a question, you can
- Click the Sign In link at the top of the page.
- Click the "See what you can do to help" button.
- Choose how you want to help, e.g. "Answer questions in the support forum".
- Click the "Sign me up" button which points you to
Note that you don't need to register to ask a question or read replies.

I think the other way is to sign up as a volunteer to help answer questions. Does it make sense to create a third way? We don't want to create annoying obstacles to getting support.

Thanks for information...makes sense now, but rather confusing when you go to Support webpage for first time and you see this Sign in prompt at top of page. Makes you think you must have an account to post question. I set up an account after asking my question, but I think it would be helpful for first timers if there was a direct method (link) to set up a new account without asking a question or volunteering to answer questions...just a suggestion. Thanks again.
I would also find it useful to have a sign-up option on the sign-in page. Why? I think that would be consistent with most other web-pages that I'm aware of.

The reason the forum is setup like this is because most of the people that come here are here to ask a question, therefore our developers thought it would be easier to have the user ask a question then get asked to make an account to post the thread. I do think it would be nice to have a 3rd way which is a simple SIgn-up method.
