When setting up 'Firefox Sync Setup' , the Captcha words and symbol are BLANK and as such I can not Create an Account? (Firefox 26)

I have tried Safe Mode after Firefox Restart and Third - Party are already enabled. The check box for privacy policy is above, then a Blank Box, and then 'Type the text ' Box. I can not setup (Create Account) Firefox Sync via: Tools> Setup Sync> Create A New Account> Account Details
