I downloaded the latest beta a while ago, and when I try to test it, my PowerBook is just sayng: "This program have no support on this architecture" Has Firefox become an Intel-only application now? :(

Yep, official Mozilla Firefox 4.0 versions dropped support for PowerPC's. For older Macs that aren't supported in Firefox 4.0, try TenFourFox for PowerPC's running Mac 10.4.11 & 10.5.8 .
