Dear Thunderbird Support,

My name is --RIMOSSO-- and I recently purchased a Thunderbird license.

Account details:

Account name: --RIMOSSO--

Current primary email address: --RIMOSSO--

PayPal email address: --RIMOSSO--

License type: paid

Start date: 14/09/2025

End date: 14/09/2026

Payment method: PayPal (invoice available in PDF)

I would like to request a change to the primary email address on my Thunderbird account. Currently, my primary email is set to my corporate address (--RIMOSSO-- ), but if my work contract ends, this email account will be deactivated and I would lose access to my Thunderbird license.

To prevent this issue, I would like to update the primary email address associated with my Thunderbird account and license to my personal email (e.g., --RIMOSSO-- , which is already linked to my PayPal payment).

Could you please proceed with this change or provide me with the steps to update it?

Non so cosa e a chi tu abbia fatto un pagamento, ma Thunderbird NON ha licenze a pagamento. Se hai acquistato supporto o altri servizi da un soggetto terzo e a questi che devi rivolgerti. Se invece hai subito una truffa chiedi subito il blocco del pagamento ed eventualmente blocca la carta di credito.

Thunderbird è un software libero e gratuito per tutti. Se ti per caso ti riferissi alle donazioni, anche quelle sono facoltative. Non esiste una licenza Thunderbird associata ad un indirizzi email. Se stai usando la versione originale di Thunderbird puoi aggiungere e rimuovere tutti gli account che vuoi in totale autonomia.
