What printer does it say it is printing to? some systems have multiple printers and Thunderbird might be printing to an old one that no longer exists.

Same issue, although I can't really tell if it's printing or not, I can't find it. Printing to PDF. None of the dialogs have anything to indicate where it's going to print to, complete mystery and no apparent way to have a say in it.

Same for both TB or system dialog.
