Ghost directory after Removing a directory from an other PC

After removing a directory from WebMail a Ghost directory is on the Thunderbird Profile. If I try to remove this directory I get an error because the directory do not exist. I also tried to repair the directory where this directory is inside but that also not work. This ghost directory still remain.
