How to change message pane and composing email text. Now very small after update.

Thunderbird updated this morning to 68.3.1 (32-bit).

The message pane text is very small now. How can I make this larger?

Also, when I compose a message now the text is very small. How can I enlarge this?

Tools/Options/Display/Formatting/Fonts & Colors/Advanced, set the fonts and sizes with Fonts for: Latin, then repeat with Fonts for: Other Writing Systems. Note that Sizes are in pixels, which are about 50% smaller than points (pts). You may want to uncheck 'Allow messages to use other fonts' to have all messages display with your choices.
