Since my Bank 1stnb has upgraded their website, their billpay(Fidelity)web page does not show properly.I cannot display the top of the page even when I zoom in or out the view. The Bank claims that the problem is with the latest Firefox updates. I am now forced to use the edge browser with which I do not have this problem. I am going to have to use Edge as my default browser. Too bad because I always preferred and used Firefox in the past.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Cleared cookies in Firefox and 1stcb.com in bookmarks. Did not solve the problem. Don't want to have to deal with using safe mode. Messed-up my computer the last time I used this. According to my Bank IT people, the problem is with the Firefox browser. Why don't I have the problem with other browsers like edge or Internet explorer?

So did you compare what your seeing on firefox browser to let say IE Browser to see what is missing? I seen where on eBay using firefox there is missing part but using Chrome the missing part shows up. So it could be how the browser interprets the site that is isn't reading all the codes to load correctly or there is adblockers causing it to not load all the contents.

Hi elgreekos, if the bank is certain that it's not a setting or add-on issue, perhaps they know best. But since we can't see that page without opening an account, we have to depend on you to try some things.

Firefox's Safe Mode is a temporary diagnostic. When you tell Firefox to restart with Add-ons disabled, one of the options is Refresh. Don't Refresh, just Start in Safe Mode.

Double-check content blockers: Firefox's Content Blocking feature and extensions that counter ads and tracking may break websites that embed third party content (meaning, from a secondary server).

(A) Do you see a shield icon toward the left end of the address bar, near the lock icon? More info on managing the Tracking Protection feature in this article: What happened to Tracking Protection?.

(B) Extensions such as Adblock Plus, Blur, Disconnect, Ghostery, NoScript, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin or uMatrix should provide toolbar buttons to manage blocked content in a page. There may or may not be a number on the icon indicating the number of blocked items; you may need to click the button to see what's going on and test whether you need to make an exception for this site.

Any improvement?

Problem is that the Billpay (Fidelity) web page will not show completely. I can only go down to about 2/3 of the page when moving all the way down.

Like there should be a scroll bar for embedded content, but there isn't?

Yes there are 2 scroll bars on the right of the page (as before) but when I scroll all the way down on both scroll bars the page only moves down to about 2/3rd of the page. Will not go to the bottom of the page.
