I just want to change the email address on which I receive newsletters from Mozilla. I can't find where to do this. I do not wish to unsubscribe, just change the email address.

Well, I don't think there is such an option, as it makes little sense. Just unsubscribe with your old e-mail address, and subscribe with your new one.
