How do I get a specific email address off the "bulk" list?

For months, I was getting email from a specific email address. For about the last month or so, this address gets sent to my "Bulk mail" folder. How to I get this address to be accepted as good? I've removed the bulk symbol from the email in bulk and it gets moved to my inbox but the next time one comes in, it shows back up in Bulk! Help!

Thunderbird does not use a bulk folder. Providers like Yahoo do. You might check your providers spam filtering.
