I accidentely deleted my e-mail and all my folders and e-mails. How can I restore them?

I had a problem with getting my e-mails from one of my accouts. I followed the instructions to 'fix' the problem and deleted my e-mail address.

Now I can't get my old e-mail folders or e-mails.

Is their a way I can get them back or restore?
