How can I retrieve only recent messages if I have 2 PCs with TBirdr?

I have multiple PCs. When I retrieve email I don't always want all old emails to be retrieved if they have already been retrieved on another PC I own. There may also be times when I -do- want old emails. Is there a way to specify a date range for retrieved emails? Can I use leave on or remove from server?
