Please advise on how I can set my email settings so everytime I print coipes of emails I have written I dont lose any text

For some reason I have recently started getting problems when writing emails. All my emails now seem to go out of my print margins ( the text line goes on and on) and when I shrink to fit on print page the font becomes to small to read. Its almost like my email margins have gone.

Please advise on how I can rectify this
