My phone was full charged yesterday, working last night and left on overnight, but this morning it is turned off and won't turn back on.

What is your phone and FFOS version?

I've seen a similar symptom with version 2.2.

You could try first to connect the phone to power for a little while and seen, if you can turn it on after a few minutes (in case something depleted the battery over night). If this has no effect, you could remove the battery briefly, put it back in and then try to turn the phone on.
