Specifically, I was browsing a website , when I thought about going to the "My Account" page and suddenly it was Text-Only and it was really annoying because I can't really do anything. On the URL bar next to the URL it has a grey triangle with a white exclamation mark. I took a screenshot of what it says when I click on it (Attached image) . Though, some text is in my native language.

I tried going to other https websites but the only one I knew was https was youtube and it worked fine. I also tried visiting the website with a differnt browser but the only other way I could try was from my Xbox's Internet Explorer and it worked perfectly fine there too.

So I am not sure what is going on.

The server at www.arcgames.com uses a older encryption cipher that Firefox 36-37 no longer consider secure, so instead of a padlock you see gray exclamation warning triangle to alert you to the weak encryption.

(This is a little hard to discover, since the message in the drop-down notice is very general, but if you open Firefox's browser console (Ctrl+Shift+j), click the Clear button at the top, then switch over and reload the page on the server, then look at the console again, there is a message about the RC4 cipher.)

As for the unstyled page...

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache

Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.

Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:

"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"

If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.

(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, try either:

  • right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
  • (menu bar) Tools > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
  • click the padlock or globe icon in the address bar > More Information > "View Cookies"

In the dialog that opens, you can remove the site's cookies individually.

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Firefox 38 will have the Security tab in the Network monitor window even when the warning exclamation mark is present, unfortunately Firefox 37 doesn't have this feature.

You can check the Net log and the Network log in the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) to see whether some content is blocked and has a zero file size.

Thank you for the replies but unfortunately I can not try to solve it at the moment because I have to leave and won't be back for almost 6 months. I'll see if I can take a break earlier and try to solve my problem.

Also I forgot to mention that I have noticed this problem some other random non-mainstream and kinda old websites but I guess it is the same problem.
