Bookmarks doesn't appear on bookmarks library

After I upgraded to Firefox 4 I cannot reorganize my bookmarks in the bookmarks library, but the bookmarks exist in my bookmarks list. I cannot export the HTML too, the HTML isn't created when finally I accept the dialog. I tried to start Firefox without add-ons but the problem persists.

This can be caused by a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
