On a certain password protected website I can log-in and fill in an order form but the form just clears itself when I press SUBMIT. No data is actually sent to the site and so the order is not processed.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
