I've been using labcorp.com to schedule my appointments and until today I never had a problem.

Now when I enter my address info it comes back blank instead of going to the next step. It works fine on Internet Explorer.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

You can also try to clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
