After upgrade Firefox to 3.6.11 I have noticed problems with it. First time I have remove Firefox and installed the previous version 3.6.10. This version works ok. Today Firefox have asked to installed this new version and again I have noticed problems. For several times it blocks. The plugin-container container.exe still exist and starts in version 3.6.10. Nevertheless I have verified that Firefox blocks

Make sure that you allow the plugin-container.exe process in the firewall.
