cor-el. Thank you for the response unfortunately this was not the solution. I see 2 profiles when I followed the instructions but the second profile listed was the same as the default one. I have been a Firefox user for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this. I am unsure how to proceed. As I have used Firefox for so long all of my Bookmarks and Password data has been with Firefox. I am not sure how to proceed to recover years of data that seems to have disappeared into the ether... Any further help would be appreciated.
