Bookmarks TOOLBAR HTML Back-Up
When backing up bookmarks to HTML - HTML Back-Up does not include the TOOLBAR Bookmarks. Please advise how to include the toolbar bookmarks in HTML format. Thank you.

Jemmma, the bookmarks toolbar items should also have been exported.
Just wondering why you believe them to not have been? Did you open the html file in a text editor and couldn't find them? Or did you import the html backup into Firefox and they did not appear in the bookmarks toolbar?
If it was the latter, then the backed up bookmarks toolbar items might have just been imported into a different location than the one Firefox uses for the current bookmarks toolbar.
The current bookmarks toolbar shows the items that are stored in: All Bookmarks / Bookmarks Toolbar
If the backed up Bookmarks Toolbar items were imported to a different location, then you would need to find them in this alternative location and manually move them to the current system Bookmarks Toolbar folder.
So you could first try opening the bookmarks library and searching for a bookmark that was in the original Bookmarks Toolbar, right-click it and select "Show in Folder" to find this alternative location.
"Thank you TechHorse...." - Admittedly... I was tired, and somehow 'did not see' the Tool Bar had been included in the HTML export. Note to Self: "Close down computer when overtired." Godspeed ✞🕊
