If you apply the System theme in Add-ons/Themes, the buttons and elements of the menus take the Windows colours, except for the colour of the toolbars (not a bug, a deliberate design decision). The toolbar colours can be restored with css: 

#navigation-toolbox {background-color: AccentColor !important;}
